    Before first use, download the FOREO For You mobile app to unlock and register your device. Follow these simple steps:
  • Download the FOREO For You app on your mobile phone
  • Log in to your account or sign up for a new one
  • Add device (on the top of your screen)
  • Choose device series
  • Press and hold the Power button to connect your device to the mobile app
  • Fill in the purchase information And your device is ready to use!

    STEP 1: Prep
    Make sure both BEAR and your face are clean and dry, with no remaining residue. Then apply a thin layer of conducting serum of choice (we love Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 Gel or SkinMedica HA5) evenly across all areas of the face/neck you wish to treat.

    STEP 2: Start
    Press the universal button to turn on the device. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by pressing the button again; each press increases the level. For advanced settings and guided treatments, connect to the FOREO app.

    STEP 3: Lift
    Gently press both metallic spheres to your skin. Slowly glide the device around the orbital bone, mouth area, and across the forehead. To plump lips, tap and flick the spheres around the lip line.

    Important Notes:
  • Always use with a conductive serum for optimal results.
  • Avoid using on the midline of the neck or within the orbital bone.
  • Ensure both spheres maintain contact with the skin during treatment.
  • Clean the device thoroughly after each use with water and soap, then pat dry.
