Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivey Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
BACD is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the shipping carrier marks an order as Delivered if Shipping Insurance was not purchased at checkout.
Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
