FAQs

As of 08.2023 we have upgraded our online store. If this is the first time you've visited us since the upgrade our site will ask you to reset your password to access your account. To ensure we followed the absolute best security practices, we did not migrate over any users encrypted passwords or payment information during the upgrade. Once you've reset your password you will be able to log in, see past purchase history and your reward points if you were previously enrolled in our rewards program.

Once you are logged in, you can easily check your Reward points balance by navigating to Your Rewards, scrolling down to 'How to Use your Rewards' and clicking the 'REDEEM' button. You will be provided with a custom discount code which you can then apply at checkout.

Alternatively, once logged in, you can see your points balance and get your discount reward code by clicking on the bottom purple banner found on every page.

All of the products purchased on We Love Skin Store are packaged and shipped from our brick and mortar clinic in San Francisco, California.

Our BACD Rx line as well as other products such as Obagi C-Serum are medical-grade topical products that require an active prescription from one of our BACD prescribing providers. Patients needs change over time and we always want to ensure the product you are using is our best recommendation for your current skin condition, lifestyle and skincare goals. Some topicals may also interfere with other medications a patient may be taking. Reviewing your medical and lifestyle history at least every 2 years will allow our providers to build the very best recommendations.

If we have not seen you in our clinic in two years you can book an appointment at weloveskin.com. You're also always welcome to call our office to schedule at 415-292-6350.
