SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the frequency that you select.

Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries with the card you authorized.
 
You may update your method anytime by clicking on the links sent to you in your subscription email or by logging into your account at weloveskinstore.com and clicking on Manage subscription / Update payment method.
 
If for any reason we are unable to process the card we have on file, you will receive an automated email several days before your next delivery with a link to securely update your payment method.
 
If you opt to have a product(s) shipped to you on a different delivery date or at a different interval, this will be considered an additional subscription in your account.
 
SUBSCRIPTIONS & PROMOTIONS 
If you subscribed to a product and used a promotional code, you will receive the first shipment with the both the promo and discount for subscribing. Subsequent shipments will be charged at normal price with the single discount applied for subscribing.

CANCELLING OR EDITING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
If you want to cancel, pause, change the date or swap products in your subscription, you have several options: 
  1. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

  2. Log onto your account on weloveskinstore.com and navigate to Order History under 'My Account'. Scroll down to see view and manage your Subscription details. From here you can update shipping address, skip, pause or cancel a subscription, swap and/or add products to your order. 

  3. Our product concierge team is always happy to assist with subscriptions. Simply email shop@weloveskin.com to be connected to a live person (business hours M-F 8AM-5PM).


RX PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS
If your subscription includes an item requiring a prescription verification from a medical provider, please note your shipment may be paused or canceled if we have not seen you in clinic in the past 2 years and/or you do not have an active prescription with Bay Area Cosmetic Dermatology. You can schedule a consultation online here or by calling our front desk at 415-292-6350 which will allow a provider to assess your skin and confirm product recommendations.
