Instructions for installing the Refill (also see video under product photos)

  1. Remove safety cap from refill cartridge.
  2. Being sure to keep the old bottle upright to avoid any spillage, twist the bottom of the reusable pump to remove empty cartridge.
  3. Insert refill cartridge into pump and twist to secure until you feel a "click", this means the refill is securely locked in.
  4. Put cap on old, now empty cartridge and recycle!

* Refills are only compatible with the newest version of (plated) packaging of Intense and Daily Serums.

Unless otherwise suggested by your BACD provider, apply daily. Allow to dry before applying other products.

Yes, Plated Skin Science products can be used on all skin types, including oily, dry, normal, and sensitive skin.
However, we recommend you consult with your BACD provider if you have any specific questions or concerns.

As demonstrated in Plated Skin Science cosmetic studies, patients saw clinical benefits in as soon as 6 weeks with daily treatment.

If used once daily, a 15 ml bottle typically lasts 4 weeks with 2 pumps per application. Often people will opt to transition to the DAILY serum after exhausting the INTENSE serum.
