Returns and Exchanges

Please note the following:

• All prescription product sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for prescription products.
• Reward points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Non-Prescriptive Products may only be returned within (30) days of the initial purchase if unopened or if the patient has a reported allergy. All returned products will be converted into a credit which may be used against future products or services. Prescription and Makeup sales are final.
