Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or gift cards.
  • Reward points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined.
  • Performance of any service is at the sole discretion of our medical staff.
  • If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards another service or products that are available on our store.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Non-Prescriptive Products may only be returned within (30) days of the initial purchase if unopened or if the patient has a reported allergy. All returned products will be converted into an office credit which may be used against future products or services. Prescription and Makeup sales are final.
  • If you are not an ideal candidate for a service you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards other services.
  • Reward points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined.
